This is a huge project that I have gathered most of the required items for. I need a freestanding tub. And if I have tiling prowess then I might even tile the corner. The floor likely needs to be reinforced and redone.
The first bathroom reno is almost complete but was complicated by the dimensions of the trailer. IE: I couldn’t get the damn shower in the bathroom. Or the bedroom for that matter. I have to cut out the existing yellow shower and then find a base for the new shower and tile up the walls. [...]
In a trailer park privacy is of the utmost importance. Especially when you have neighbours across the street like mine. Fencing is expensive and might not be worth the cost return I would get. None the less the privacy issue needs to be addressed to maximize resale value. Cost guesstimate: $3000
