Our main income stream will likely come from providing the extended community with food not readily available in the local market. This being raw grass-fed dairy, pastured poultry and on-site butchered lamb. Only Associate Members will be allowed to purchase dairy products as they must have carnal knowledge of the farm. This means visits to the Farm are required on a regular basis.
Jobs for those who are part of the farm committee are but not limited to: 
- - Hand milking goats & sheep
- - Sterilizing & preparing milk jars
- - Storage & Distribution of milk
- - Making raw cheeses & butter
- - Gathering eggs
- - Moving Hoop Houses and Electric Fences
- - Slaughtering, butchering & wrapping fowl
- - Slaughtering, butchering & wrapping ruminants
- - General care of the animals
- - Applying a great deal of Metta to all that you do on the farm
The benefits of raising our animals with love, care and attention and feeding them a nourishing diet of lush fresh green pasture is immense. Food like this cannot be bought in a store. It is also a commitment and each co-op member must be aware of all of the expectations involved.
